The exact cost for a custom web site may vary with each client, depending upon your individual needs and the look you want. Your custom web design cost estimate is based on the size and function of your web site. In House Technical Services will work with you to keep the price within your budget, while still providing a professional web site that projects the image you want. Consultations and estimates are always FREE and you are under NO obligation.
Recurring charges
One years to the day of the purchase of the website, there will be a renewal fee of $250 Which renews your website for another year, and renews your contract with In House Technical Services to be the webmaster of your site. If you choose to maintain your own site, and make changes to your site after our initial one year service agreement, then paper work for Transfer of Care and Maintenance can be filled out to transfer the care takers name from In House Technical Services to any desired party.
Revisions
Revisions are a necessary part of the process. We are happy to work with you until you are satisfied with your site, however, the revisions cannot go indefinitely. Therefore, we currently have a 5-revision limit with the opportunity to purchase additional revisions at a cost of $50 per revision.
